Yoly Booty is an Accredited Advanced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor CPFI and works with Singles in areas of Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Trauma and Work and relationship issues.

Heather has an enormous amount of experience, training and qualifications in a broad spectrum of life issues spanning education, training, advice, coaching, counselling, mentoring and assessing both 'in-house' within colleges and universities and for national awarding bodies.

This includes 30+ years spent in education, mainly in the field of special education spanning early years issues right through to adulthood (literally birth to the grave) both in formal and informal education settings, ranging across the whole spectrum of physical, learning and socialisation difficulties, learning styles and the most appropriate strategies to manage behaviour & learning. She is also the mother of 4 (now) adults, one of whom has significant learning needs. She has brought them up & through to successful independence, as a single parent following the untimely death of her late husband, thereby coming face to face with issues of grief and loss.

Coaching & Counselling:  In addition to qualifications and expertise in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy & Relaxation and Counselling, Heather has worked in partnership with many people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds in one to one sessions to enable them to discover and live life to their full potential utilising their innate resources by enabling them to: Achieve the setting of inspiring and achievable goals - Gain an appropriate and satisfying work life balance - Discover creative ways to think in order to solve problems in life - Develop positive thinking patterns & behaviours, banishing limiting beliefs - Discover effective decision making techniques - Realise their full potential - Increase confidence - Move through bereavement issues - Handle repercussions of divorce - Lose weight, stop smoking and quit other undesired habits, fears or issues - Parenting concerns - Relationship issues - Amongst many other essential life tools! 

Training:  Heather is a fully qualified Advanced Teacher who has experience in the design, development delivery and assessment of workshops, courses and accreditation in Personal development topics such as: positive thinking, confidence building, self-esteem, returning to work issues e.g. Employability factors, CV design, interview styles, techniques and processes, effective communication skills, self-preparation for returning to work. Management of difficult behaviour, disability issues including ASD, Downs and other genetic syndromes.    Special Educational Needs advice and guidance including appropriate support resources and other disability issues  Assessment and advice re most effective access to IT, considering appropriate software and hardware matched to particular special needs the individual may manifest.

She is experienced and proficient at designing, publishing and delivering course syllabuses and teaching & assessment materials having spent the majority of her working life in the education sector. She is very familiar with team working having worked extensively in an integrated manner with multi-professional teams from medical, social and educational disciplines as well as working in the fairly intimate settings of parents and children in their own homes and additionally with teachers and other school staff with children in school environments.

Heather has excellent communication, analytical & teaching skills, a heart and sensitivity for people whilst maintaining professional boundaries, a drive for people to be all they can and desire to be and a passion to enable them to achieve all they can with the resources that they have available to them. Heather adheres to professional ethical codes of practice.
